Yunex Traffic is a global leader in smart traffic management, setting the standard for innovative solutions in the industry. We had the privilege of collaborating with them to develop a comprehensive recruitment campaign aimed at attracting top talent. The campaign is thoughtfully designed, utilizing mixed media principles that seamlessly blend live-action footage and photography with dynamic 3D environments.

The entire campaign is divided according to the main job segments—administration, service technicians, and programmers. A unique environment was created for each group, reflecting the key aspects of their job responsibilities.

The visual aspect of the campaign is based on the brand's color scheme but emphasizes an additional blue color, which is more recognizable in communication and captures greater attention than the primary white color.

In the static key visuals, the main characters are depicted interacting directly with the intricately modeled city environment. This interaction positions them as creators who actively shape the city and its way of life, highlighting their significant and tangible impact on the urban landscape and the lives of its inhabitants.

The entire creation of this campaign was an incredibly rewarding and creative process, giving us the opportunity to experiment with various techniques and approaches. From the initial concept to the final product, we thoroughly enjoyed every step of the journey.
